Had a great experience. However, they won't even give the best reps internally a chance to move upward into other positions at company. I am at my 2 year mark as an SDR (averaging over 200%) and have had 2 promotions/3 title changes, and have lead the org globally. Still, nearly impossible to move to an AE.
