Hit/Exceeded quota for +18months. All +2yr SDRs have left or desperately waiting for roles to be made. Leadership does not prioritize hiring internally or professional development. Close to non-existent career mobility upwards or horizontal. If you are capable of hitting 100% average over +12 months, don't do it here. Good product brand-recognition though.
