Overall a good experience from a learning perspective and a place to begin your sales career finding new deals, working with large existing customers, and managing complex 12+ month long sales cycles. Learned a lot from reps and managers with many years more experience than me. Not a transactional sale at all, long term relationship and consultative based selling. I was lucky and had a great team and great managers. Product is a market leader and customer perception of product is overall good.

Oracle is a snake pit, but it provides excellent training in true enterprise sales. Finding a good mentor is key to having true success. Having a helping hand understand the political landscape is a must. If you can generate that type of relationship easily, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money
