Bad. They’ve fired most of my team, and it’s not looking good. The product hasn’t changed in 5 years, and all of the bolt-on attachments are poor. Kai and the AI prospecting agent are trash.

Outreach has been an excellent company to work for. We’ve had our ups and downs but with change comes opportunity, if you are willing to bite the bullet and capitalize on opportunity, there’s money to be made

Close but no cigar. Lots of potential, but too much turn over and not enough consistency. We're getting enabled on something new every week, and changing processes and managers every 2 weeks. We desperately need to just be left to do our job.

Change is the only constant. Quotas and compensation are a moving target and only communicated halfway through each quarter. Finance and sales are not aligned on goals. Culture could be seen as toxic and finger pointing/playing the blame game is not discouraged.
