Base comp is relatively low compared to similar roles at other firms. Incentive comp is pretty fair given the amount of work, but tends to taper for top performers (diminishing returns).

My overall experience was ok. There is the potential to make good money here, but it's a lot of people fighting over the same accounts. The product isn't in as much demand as it once was.
