Mainly positive. Very high quotas, many don’t achieve. Tons of attrition. More than any company I’ve ever seen.

Less people are hitting quota, though a handful are closing monster deals. Senior sales leadership is blind to the challenges, many self imposed, faced by individual contributors and front line managers in the sales and sales engineering world.
