Current Employee While attempting to strive to be the best in the business, the trade-offs to accomplish this have been consequential. PANW's Glassdoor rating has been slipping over time (currently 3.9 after previously being in the 4's more recently). Middle-managers are less interested in actually helping you and more interested in appeasing upper management. They have a great vision for their products, but security software is becoming increasingly more competitive over time on resulting in more angst with the customer. The customer is what's most important, and I am worried that this a serious miss by Palo. Browse Other Reviews
