company is very cheap on tech platforms and salary. the only thing you ever got from management was unrealistic expectations. the weekly salad bar in the office was nice tho

Leadership does not respect, value or support sales. Internal processes are harder to deal with than selling to a prospect. Incentive package is not aligned with the behavior management desires. Panaya was a great place to start in a BDR function, but quickly went downhill when the exec leadership focused on their own internal politics and not on creating the environment for business opportunity.
