What’s the culture like ? Happy hours? In office? Work life balance? Expenses ? Do you go onsite to see clients etc?

Culture is okay, some teams are better than others when it comes to camaraderie. Some teams get together once a month depending on how the month played out or once a quarter to celebrate a win. Hybrid work, not many offices to go to, mostly from home and visiting accounts / clients.

KPI heavy all for one, one for all. I was wfo full time and in the past 3 years met my team twice (that was just bc of leadership turnover). They are currently hiring in office only for HR services. Pretty decent work/life if you’ve above quota. Yes expenses. Never visited a client onsite.

The culture for sales might be different district to district and zone to zone, but generally it's "do your job." I'm in outside sales, I occasionally go to see clients in person. Channel reps are out in the field a lot. This fiscal is a year of belt tightening so there's been no talk of team events

Culture depends on the office you work in. It's hard to create a strong culture when your average tenured rep is less than one year. Some Happy Hours. In-office, a few shifts per week. Work life balance, yes. Expenses, not much. At the end of the day, the role doesn't pay much. Unless you're right out of college or looking to learn a new industry, you won't stay more than 1-2 years. The role doesn't pay much.
