My overall experience hasn’t been very good. Upon hiring wasn’t really supported in learning processes as it applied to the virtual team. Was trained with field team despite a difference in approach and unique challenges faced in virtual environment. Not much technology provided in terms of outreach to prospects. Wasn’t really supported by leadership from hiring through training. Overall not a great experience.
