Management is misleading when discussing product market fit, and the sales cycle, making it very difficult to hit increased monthly quotas. Role is described as a 50-50 split, with a starting uncompetitive 60k base, making OTE unobtainable due to the 2-3 week sales cycle.

I have been working here at Paychex for 3 years. The base salary could be higher compared to competitors and the expectations we are given. The compensation used to be great, however, they just changed it last July and a lot of people are struggling or leaving. Its a great company to start your career and have on your resume as you are looking to achieve your goals....Read More
