Current Employee High OTE with very low attainment percentage. HR Services, Insurance Services and 401k Services have much higher attainment than HCM due to high levels of referrals in those 3 divisions.
Paperwork process and internal systems are woefully archaic. Products and services are standard for the industry.
The breadth of services you can sell and refer is truly unbelievable and allows you to be a real consultant with your clients.
