Current Employee A lot of internal leadership within SMB has changed (and come from a competitor, known for high pressure sales, especially within the client base and a reputation for utilizing churn, prepared for rep burnout) and expectations have skyrocketed since the Paycor acquisition. Normally high performing metrics 18 months ago, have become minimums. Quantity is valued over quality. The product is strong and still fairly trusted, but the culture in nose diving with the increased expectations/minimums.
The training is still strong, and it's a fantastic base to learn how to ask questions and discover business needs. There is also solid brand recognition, and a recent change to the service model has been a positive for client care and communication.
At the end of the day, I'm uncertain when the goalposts will finally remain in place, and we can settle into a consistent routine. Our jobs our regularly threatened if X doesn't meet Y, so filtering out that level of noise and living with that culture is a minimum presently in this role. Browse Other Reviews
