Loved my time at Paychex. My compensation is exceptional, and my leadership truly cares about me as a person and employee. The last 7 years I have had amazing life/work balance. My clients love the one point of contact service. No tickets, no days long wait for help.

Paychex is amazing. The sales reps may not be the most strategic or hardworking, but it allows for those of us who ARE hardworking to excel drastically and achieve higher accelerator percentages. Managers are helpful and personable. Very relaxed environment with little to no micromanagement if you’re getting the work done.
