I have been working here at Paychex for 3 years. The base salary could be higher compared to competitors and the expectations we are given. The compensation used to be great, however, they just changed it last July and a lot of people are struggling or leaving. Its a great company to start your career and have on your resume as you are looking to achieve your goals. You will learn a lot at Paychex and grow individually. The management is great and that has been a sole reason I have stayed here.

Great company but very old systems and sales philosophy. I wish I wouldn't of wasted so much time here. Customers would tell me I'm too good for this job and they wouldn't be surprised if I quit.
