Definitely a challenging role but Paychex is very dedicated to the education and training of their employees to help them succeed and help with their career growth. Paychex is currently behind with competitive pay but definitely room for growth there.

Current Employee2.1Mar 23, 2025Very negative. It’s all about unrealistic KPI’s and micromanaging that distracts you from the real goal of selling. Everyone including upper leadership outwardly expressed fear of losing their jobs. The prospects have been hit 1000x each already and often hang up on you. Compensation is low compared to other similar companies. Do not recommend.
