It's okay as long as you don't get a micromanager as your DSM. There are some two-faced DSMs that care only about their own advancement and not their reps, unfortunately.

Horrible company with terrible commission structure. The training was good, but otherwise the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Enjoyed the work itself, but poor training and constant leadership changes made it hard to succeed. Minimal onboarding and frequent realignments created instability. Wouldn't recommend for those looking for long-term growth in sales.
