The company has fallen apart from the inside out. Service team is incompetent and unable to keep up with the high demands of sales and new business development.

Tons of internal support. Changed the comp structure a couple years back to a quarterly structure vs monthly. First two months of quarter are capped and uncapped for month three. Eliminated uncapped annual bonus abd capped at 5k. Not received well at all by the workforce. Challenging to understand what you’re being paid without using comp calculator.

Paychex is a great entry level sales job. Great training but within 2 years you out grow the role.

My overall experience is good, however the lack of inbound opportunity and size of deals makes it a real grind to hit quota. Leadership & culture is great but base is fairly low.
