Tons of internal support. Changed the comp structure a couple years back to a quarterly structure vs monthly. First two months of quarter are capped and uncapped for month three. Eliminated uncapped annual bonus abd capped at 5k. Not received well at all by the workforce. Challenging to understand what you’re being paid without using comp calculator.
