There has been a culture shift recently. This was a great company to be at but things are changing. Too many executives from competing companies want to turn Paychex into those companies.

Overall this is a very decent company to work for. I wish the base compensation was higher but the growth opportunity is very high.

The base salary is extremely low. I have been in this industry for a long time. Lowest base I have had since entry level sales. Commission is residual however you don’t get commission on the entire deal. Only admin.
