Current Employee Training was not good. I came out of it not knowing so many things. While there is something to be said for being a hunter and a self starter there should be a minimum standard of readying employees to sell on their own. My first few deals I had to split and had been without a manager half the time I was there.
There is potential to make a ton of money but you have to hit your quota. The accelerators for commissions are great and we get paid very generously for deals we refer out to other departments. All in all this is a great gig but not for a first time AE and not if you havent been in the HCM space before.
