I'm a senior in college and about to apply for an AE role. I have < 1 year of experience in sales but I am certain this is the field I want to go into. I also have 2 years of marketing experience. Any advice for the application process and is it likely they would seriously consider a college grad?

Getting mixed feedback on how much of an opportunity this is and what hybrid model is like. Requirement is in office Monday/Tuesday/Friday
and field Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, but are you actually in field all day for 3 days/week?
