Interviewing for an Account Executive position in the Nashville office. I'm reading through some of the reviews, and it seems like culture and leadership seem to be a big issue. Does anybody have any context about that in relation to the Nashville office/territory?

Getting mixed feedback on how much of an opportunity this is and what hybrid model is like. Requirement is in office Monday/Tuesday/Friday
and field Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, but are you actually in field all day for 3 days/week?
