Great training, product, and overall sales org. Best compensation plan out there. High expectations and quick to let those go who fall behind quota. Long ramp time, seemingly 12-18 months.

Great role for a brand new AE. However, after 6-12 months a competent seller will outgrow the organization as most sales managers are under the age of 30 and have no other career experience.

Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.
