The downfall is exec leadership adding responsibilities that fall well outside your job description and then cutting those individuals that previously completed those responsibilities.

It does take grit but Paycom helps train and equip you. I’ve grown so much as a leader just in 5 months. Have already sold multiple deals within a few months. The payoff and training is great.
