Good company to begin your sales career. The human capital management market is very saturated and with the acquisition of Paycor by Paychex it becomes a smaller prospecting base.

Most of their leadership are from ADP small biz, including CEO and VP of Sales on down. I'm on the Enterprise team, but all metrics & activity expectations are small biz so the noise, pressure, and drum beat are terrible. They do not know how to operate an upmarket tenured sales organization.

My overall experience was terrible. Culture was stuck in the 90s all leader ship was from ADP bosses were racist homophobic and bigoted and other ways product was undifferentiated and difficult to sell as implementations went wrong 90% of the time.
