Overall experience has been good. Lots of internal changes and moves happening quickly, with an acquisition coming soon. Paychex will be acquiring Paycor in 2025.

Most of their leadership are from ADP small biz, including CEO and VP of Sales on down. I'm on the Enterprise team, but all metrics & activity expectations are small biz so the noise, pressure, and drum beat are terrible. They do not know how to operate an upmarket tenured sales organization.

My experience wasn't the best. The AE job that I was hired for ended up being field based (which it wasn't billed to be), then I had some... Personnel issues with my manager which made it very hard to do my job.
