Prior to the IPO this company was amazing to be a part of. Culture was great, budgets were fair, and there was a level of understanding and discourse between leadership and field sellers. There has been a noticeable change over the past 24 months that has caused turmoil throughout the culture and communication between departments. Causing many senior sellers to look elsewhere.

Great pay, great product, great leadership. 100% a hunter role (very few inbound leads), but it’s in an industry that businesses need.

Overall a good place to work. The role highly depends on your direct leader. You can make a lot of money, but you are required to drive your entire pipeline. Very limited lead generation.
