Leadership turnover in senior, middle, and front line. Appears to be good hires from outside and will take time for them to get acclimated to Paylocity’s internal environment.

Great people, great leadership, but really terrible lead flow. Also my territory is half the recommend size for a rep and given the lack of excitement about Paylocity where I am, getting into new logo accounts is very difficult here.

My overall experience is good. Finished as a top 10 rep in first full fiscal with the company ended up making about 180k plus 20k RSU’s that’s vest quarterly
