Culture is in the dumpster, awful hiring at the VP/C levels, constant over hiring and territory shredding is eating into your ability to earn. These numbers will not look like this in a few years at this rate, they just wont be possible. Used to be the best, but now it's pretty much ADP without the name recognition.

Current Employee2.3Apr 16, 2025i found paylocity to have really unfair Rules of engagement, alot of infighting, oversaturated territories, and unfair practices. the reps in my role that were sucessful only did so by working internal referrals and not by actually prospecting or building relationships. i cant count the times ive been lied to or mislead in this company because I cant count that high....Read More
