i found paylocity to have really unfair Rules of engagement, alot of infighting, oversaturated territories, and unfair practices. the reps in my role that were sucessful only did so by working internal referrals and not by actually prospecting or building relationships. i cant count the times ive been lied to or mislead in this company because I cant count that high. Its filled with all the people that didnt like ADP or paychex and made it a crappier version of those companies. plus the company doesnt have the brand name that the former do and wont do anything better to stand out.

My overall experience working and selling for Paylocity was positive. Sales leadership is the best I've witnessed as a sales rep; customer service and the product development teams were second to none, and overall sentiment toward Paylocity's technology compared to the competition was positive.
