Overall the product is good, but I'm on the west coast and that presents a few challenges. 1. The market is insanely crowded 2. There are very few actual differentiators between us and competitors 3. There are SO many reps in each region with super small territories 4. There is no marketing outside of the midwest

Sales Policy is vague and anything that is included is typically not followed. The more you sell here, the more leverage you have when there are sales disputes. New team members have a very had time getting up and running because tenured reps have a tendency to use work arounds to get into deals you get into process with.

Not great. Promised a territory that I was excited about, only to be bait and switched. I stuck it out as I am not quiet and hoped to outlast that rug being pulled on me. But then I was faced with a toxic culture perpetuated by oblivious senior leadership. This lead to my departure for a fantastic place that I am very happy at.
