My overall experience was good for several years. However, over the past couple of years they are becoming more like ADP unfortunately. They are growing fast and technology is good, but feeling the pain from a sales management standpoint.

Not going well. Senior Operations leaders are incompetent, unpredictable, selfish, insecure, egocentric, political, hypocritical, condescending, ignorant, insensitive, short-sighted, and cannibalistic if/when their personal reputation and security are put under the slightest amount of scrutiny.
