Not going well. Senior Operations leaders are incompetent, unpredictable, selfish, insecure, egocentric, political, hypocritical, condescending, ignorant, insensitive, short-sighted, and cannibalistic if/when their personal reputation and security are put under the slightest amount of scrutiny.

I mostly love Paylocity. It’s changed in recent years with outside leadership that’s been brought in and has become a political game. I miss the old Paylocity.

Tons of cold calling with micromanaged "call blitzes" each week. Your success is entirely dependent on the partners in your patch. (new reps typically dont get good partners when they start)
