But then I was faced with a toxic culture perpetuated by oblivious senior leadership. This lead to my departure for a fantastic place that I am very happy at.

Former Employee2.6Oct 6, 2025Below average. Tenured reps rule pretty much everything and with no territories they are able to manipulate relationships to their ownership. Base salary is low and initial commission percentage is lowest I've seen. Only way to make decent money is to make club which is rare for new reps.
