Probably the best HCM platform in the space for mid market groups, but the company has grown too fast…. Service is terrible, territories are too small and leadership is really hit or miss.

It was an up and coming player in mid-market with growing capabilities. The main issue is that benefits brokers are the primary channel partners and are usually tied to a large firm. For this reason, the top 5% sales rep get all the benefits since they have the whole insurance brokerage firm as theirs.

i found paylocity to have really unfair Rules of engagement, alot of infighting, oversaturated territories, and unfair practices. the reps in my role that were sucessful only did so by working internal referrals and not by actually prospecting or building relationships. i cant count the times ive been lied to or mislead in this company because I cant count that high....Read More
