my sales manager is amazing, but the compensation structure is still not nailed down. we have been left in the dark, slighted, and shorted at every turn.

My overall experience started out very well. The past 12 months things seem to be drastically changing on the sales side. A TON of fighting internally over accounts/territory. I am currently looking to leave the organization after being here as a senior sales executive for over 5 years.
