Current Employee Started off great, they used to care about their employees. Now it does not feel like that at all. Treated entirely like a number now. If anything comes up in your personal life, or you have one poor month, they will hold it against you and get ready to put you on a Performance Plan. I submitted 3x my quota one month, missed the next moth by 4% and they said if I don't hit the following month they will be having a discussion about a PIP. Additionally, they will put you on a PIP if you already hit your yearly quota early and don't hit the last few months by 100% of each giving month.
Leadership is getting worse. Asking your manager for help seems to be a burden to them. They are also promoting people that are in the "Boy's Club". People who have no experience doing the role, haven't been an effective manager, and just friends with the department heads. There are still some good departments to be in, but quite a few are becoming a dog fight to stay alive. Browse Other Reviews
