Overall, leadership and culture is great. Comp plan for leaders is very poor - too many monthly “incentives” and not enough consistency.

There is little focus in continuing to drive development of the enterprise division. It seems that modest growth is acceptable and that leaves leadership in a difficult position with trying to hire top talent but also develop potential talent.
