Current Employee3.7Mar 21, 2024PayPal is a very good culture within sales. The problem is they have a very low base and OTE for mid market. So everything depends on goals. If the goals are easy we all make 200k+, if the goals are regular, we make much less than market. Compensation can vary wildly year to year.
