Current Employee PayPal was a great place to sell until the recent leadership changes. They ripped out the old commission structure and put some half-baked bandaid comp plan in it’s place, while telling sales reps “this will be a rough year, if you’re not loyal to PayPal this isn’t the place for you.” Really put a bad taste in my mouth and felt super unprofessional.
