Great product but tough to build momentum with new business due to PYPL button presence. Backbook AEs focus on selling direct card processing via Braintree, BNPL messaging, Risk as a service, etc., to existing clients, which is easier but dependent on green space in portfolio. Long sales cycle.

PayPal is a very good culture within sales. The problem is they have a very low base and OTE for mid market. So everything depends on goals. If the goals are easy we all make 200k+, if the goals are regular, we make much less than market. Compensation can vary wildly year to year.
