Toxic work environment, low pay, no alignment between company goals and sales compensation plan, over saturated market, lack of communication and support, rigid segmentation leaving many valuable opportunities on the table with no one working them, poor quality of opportunities, increased relentless pressure on KPIs and filling out activity tracking spreadsheets.

Good company, good leadership, lots of training, lots of hour required if you want to succeed. If not from the payment industry, the ramp can be tough. Lots of internal hires to promote within.
