Worked here for many years and have seen many changes over the years. However there was a recent change of CEO in October 2023 and removed all previous leadership and brought in all new team. The team have started from scratch and while they have goals they want to achieve. They don't know how they want to achieve it with no new movement in anything good for AE's. Major changes within the CSM role as well as two redundancies in 9 months for inside sales. Major changes in targets with many of it out of sales rep's control with still no actual figures or targets when Q1 just finishing in 2024. Processes take too long and impossible for new people from outside of the organisation to come in and make an impact.
