Lots of changes to how sales people get paid. Changes make sense for the company but the new compensation structure was not finalized until post Q1. Great company to work for in many ways. But attainment will be much lower this year.

Good company, good leadership, lots of training, lots of hour required if you want to succeed. If not from the payment industry, the ramp can be tough. Lots of internal hires to promote within.

Sales reps aren’t compensated for retaining existing business, but only for adding additional business. Add On products that generate a lot of additional revenue for the business don’t translate to compensation for sales.
