Current Employee3.0Jun 13, 2024Overall a great company with a good Brand. Benefits are great but base pay is very minimal and commission structure changes often. Took 6 months for them to figure out 2024 comp plan which meant sales people were solely living on the low base pay.

Current Employee3.0Apr 10, 2024Lots of changes to how sales people get paid. Changes make sense for the company but the new compensation structure was not finalized until post Q1. Great company to work for in many ways. But attainment will be much lower this year.
