Current Employee In 2024, PayPal has unfortunately shifted its priorities away from supporting the hardworking individuals who represent the brand. The company is now plagued by excessive politics and a toxic culture, where the mantra "Be Selfish With Your Success" is emphasized by both managers and Account Executives. The compensation structure, coupled with a disappointingly low base pay, is far from appealing. Many of the products no longer offer meaningful incentives or value for the sales team. With an uncertain outlook for 2025 and a lack of transparency about the compensation plan for the coming year, it's challenging to stay motivated. It's disheartening to see a company more focused on high-profile commercials and stock prices than on its employees' well-being and success.
