Direct leadership and ELT are a mess, little support besides a few "let's go team!" messages here and there. Commission structure is a joke since quota is nearly impossible to meet. Even the highest performing reps are barely exceeding quota these days. Constantly changing structures, team dynamics, territories, tools without any real communication as to why, when, how.

Litte actual support from managers other than make more dials. API's are more important in the managers eyes than hitting quota.

Quotas are ridiculous and they changed them again at the start of 2025 to be more weighted to meetings that move into qualified leads at a level hardly any reps can hit. Management doesn't know what to do except micromanage calls, berate reps for calling out the difficulties, and force call blitzes rather than actually enable anyone.
