Great team but company has undergone many transitions, you know it’s challenging when the top reps aren’t performing as great as they once were. Laid off people recently & the salary isn’t enough for the amount of work & over worked hours.

Avoid at all costs! Poor base pay with unrealistic quotas that get raised all the time knowing reps won’t hit them. Insane KPI’s and micromanaging is through the roof! Only pro is it’s remote.

Lots of changes in leadership in my time in the position. Never got a raise or really anything for being a top performer and nearly impossible to grow upward in the company.
