He's fixated on separating mktg and sales revenue so he makes decisions that limit the biz. None of their systems talk to each other. They're in a downward spiral.

Current Employee4.0Dec 18, 2023Product is very good. In general it is not a hard sales cycle, as the product works as advertised and shows a positive ROI. Base salary is low for the industry, quotas are very high and most people do not reach them. That being said there is good training and perks.
